• The Scale Challenge: What does 33 meters mean? It's nearly ten stories tall! To ensure the inflatable could span the massive interior of the Water Cube without looking cramped, we used modular assembly technology — segmenting production and precision stitching to ensure the 33-meter giant microphone maintained smooth lines and perfect airtightness when fully raised.
• Posture Replication: The little orange character in the photo — wearing a bow tie with a 0%-100% battery meter on the back of its head — was no simple "blow-up toy."
