LED Inflatable Arches

An inflatable arch is the single piece of an event that everyone walks under, takes a photo of, and posts. For brand teams and event organizers, this makes it one of the highest-leverage assets in the entire production budget. We build arches that earn that role — not just functional gateways, but visual statements that hold up to the photo, the video, and the broadcast.
Since 2006, we've delivered inflatable arches for marathons, brand activations, sports events, grand openings, and city-scale art installations. From a standard 6-meter race-line arch to a 20-meter sculptural archway with LED integration, the engineering, the printing, and the global delivery all happen in-house. Setup time stays under 10 minutes. Visual impact does not stay standard.

Standard rectangular arches work for races. For brand activations, city events, and art installations, the arch shape itself becomes the design. We model the form in 3D, validate structural feasibility, and refine it from every viewing angle before fabric is cut.

The strongest inflatable arches don't disappear behind the event — they become the event's photographic identity. Brand colors hit Pantone accuracy. Logos stay sharp from 30 meters away. The shape itself communicates something specific to the campaign, not a generic finish-line silhouette.

An LED-integrated arch reads at night the way a daytime arch reads at noon. A spotlight-integrated arch becomes a self-lit structure. An asymmetric arch turns into the campaign's signature image. Standard rectangular geometry is one option among many.

An inflatable arch isn't just a gateway — it's the photographic anchor that determines what the event looks like on social media the next day. Whether it's a marathon finish line, a brand activation entrance, a product launch backdrop, or a holiday plaza centerpiece, the arch is the piece that gets captured most.
Standard inflatable arches set up in under 5 minutes — connect the blower, secure the anchoring kit, and the arch is live. Large sculptural arches or arches over 15 meters typically take 15 to 30 minutes due to anchoring scope. Teardown runs at roughly the same pace.
Constant-air arches use a continuous blower to stay inflated during the event. Sealed-air arches inflate once and hold without ongoing power. Sealed-air is silent and works in venues without reliable power; constant-air handles longer events and larger spans more reliably. We manufacture both formats.
Yes. With the included anchoring kit, our arches handle winds up to 38 km/h (Beaufort Force 5). The fabric is treated for UV and moderate rain. For exposed coastal sites or extended outdoor deployment, we provide extended anchoring plans engineered for project-specific wind exposure.
We've delivered custom inflatable arches up to 30 meters wide. Standard event arches range from 3 to 15 meters; sculptural and city-scale arches go from 15 to 30 meters+. Above 20m, structural engineering review is included to ensure stability over multi-day deployments.
Yes. Sculptural, asymmetric, themed, and brand-specific shapes are core to what we do. The 3D modeling stage handles the structural feasibility check — we make sure the design works as an inflated structure before fabric is cut. Brand-specific silhouettes, themed forms (Halloween, Christmas, festivals), and pure artistic shapes are all supported.
LED systems are built into the arch during the 3D modeling stage, not retrofitted afterward. Options include single-color LED for soft ambient lighting, RGB for color-changing effects, DMX for synchronized control with other event lighting, and APP-controlled systems for remote management. Power runs through the same circuit as the blower or via dedicated battery pack.
Yes. We support hook-and-loop (Velcro) or hanging banner attachments on the same arch base, so sponsors, event names, or seasonal branding can be swapped without replacing the whole arch. Common for annual events with rotating sponsors or year-round arches used across multiple campaigns.
Standard order includes the inflatable arch, a constant-run blower (or sealed-air inflator), anchoring kit (ropes, sandbags, ground stakes), storage bag, and setup guide. LED systems, replacement banners, and extended anchoring kits are available as add-ons.
Both sides print independently. Most race arches use the same artwork front and back so visibility works in both directions. Brand arches often run different artwork — primary brand on the entry side, sponsor logos on the exit side, for example. The printing process handles both at the same Pantone accuracy.
A commercial-grade inflatable arch with proper use and storage lasts 5 to 10+ years and 100 to 200+ deployment cycles. Lifespan depends on deployment frequency, storage conditions, and outdoor exposure. UV-treated fabric and reinforced seams hold up to repeated commercial cycles.
Most inflatable arch buyers walk in asking about size and color. The questions that actually determine whether the arch works — or sits in storage after one event — are different. This section covers what 20 years of arch projects have taught us about the decisions that matter.
The arch's air system determines what venues it works in. Choose the wrong system and the arch can't be deployed at the actual event site.
| System | Power Required | Best For | Limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Constant-air (continuous blower) | 110V / 220V outlet or generator | Long events, larger spans (above 8m), outdoor festivals with power on site | Needs reliable power throughout the event |
| Sealed-air (pneumatic) | One-time inflation, no ongoing power | Remote venues, indoor events, short activations, silent environments | Limited to smaller spans (typically under 8m) |
For city-scale or 20m+ arches, constant-air is mandatory. For race finish lines with no nearby outlet, sealed-air or generator-backed constant-air is the practical solution.
The arch's silhouette is its strongest brand signal. A standard rectangular arch tells the audience "this is an event." A custom-shape arch tells the audience "this is your event."
Three shape complexity tiers that show up in our quoting:
LED integration roughly doubles an arch's effective use. A non-illuminated arch reads strongly in daylight and disappears in dusk. An LED arch reads strongly across both, including at night for festivals, concerts, and evening brand activations.
Three integration approaches with very different cost and effect:
For evening events, music festivals, and brand campaigns expecting heavy night photography, LED integration pays back fast through extended visual reach.
The arch only works if it stays up. Anchoring is often the difference between a clean event and an embarrassing one. Site checks before production catch most failure scenarios.
The faster these are shared, the faster we deliver a 3D rendering and quote:
With these in hand, the 3D rendering arrives within a few business days, and the production timeline can be locked in.
