Giant Lion Inflatable

360 Inflatable is a custom inflatable manufacturer serving concerts, stage productions, music festivals and large-scale live events. We design and manufacture stage inflatables, giant props and illuminated figures, and support each project with design development, material selection, lighting integration and installation guidance — covering the full scope from first sketch to final show.
Founded in 2006, 360 Inflatable has delivered more than 60,000 custom projects for 200+ brands, with installations across 40+ countries. Our 10,000㎡ production facility in Wenzhou runs 3D modeling, printing, sewing, LED assembly and testing lines — the capacity and process control that large live-event projects depend on.

A stage needs a focal point the whole venue can see at a glance. We build custom stage inflatables for your live event — giant figures, animal sculptures, illuminated forms — designed as a creative, stunning and one-of-a-kind visual core that ignites the crowd the moment it appears.

We support a wide range of fabrics — PVC, oxford fabric, mirror cloth, plush fabric, gold and silver foil, see-through mesh and more. Different fabrics bring different structure, performance and visual effects: mirror and foil surfaces suit light-driven shows, plush delivers a skin-like texture, mesh and translucent PVC work for internally lit designs. Each project gets a material plan matched to its design goals.

A sketch, a reference image or just an idea is enough to start. Our design team converts it into a production-ready 3D model, checks proportions and structural feasibility, and revises the design through multiple rounds until confirmed. Production begins only after your approval.

We provide complete installation guidance with each project, covering setup, anchoring, blower connection and takedown. For large or complex stage builds, our team provides on-site installation support.

Quality control runs through the whole production of a concert inflatable: material inspection before cutting, print and color checks after printing, seam inspection during sewing, and a full-size inflation test with photography before packing. The piece that leaves the factory is the piece that passed testing at full size.

Design, production, lighting, packing, shipping and installation support are all covered at 360 Inflatable. You brief us once and follow the whole project through a single contact window — fewer vendors to coordinate, a clear schedule, and a warranty behind the delivered piece.
Most concert builds fall between 3m and 15m. Stage backdrops and hero figures typically run 8–15m; suspended pieces are usually lighter at 4–10m. We scale the design to your stage dimensions, and build beyond 20m for stadium-scale shows.
Standard lead time is 15 to 35 days. Simple shapes finish in about 2 weeks; complex character figures with internal LED lighting typically need 4 to 5 weeks. For fixed show dates, production is scheduled backward from your event date.
Yes. A sketch, reference image or idea is enough. Our design team develops it into a 3D model, checks structure and proportions, and revises it with you until confirmed. Production starts only after your approval.
The piece deflates to a fraction of its show size and packs compactly together with its blowers. We pack by component with labeled bags and provide a packing guide; touring crates are available for long runs. Air freight and sea freight are both supported.
Yes. Suspended builds use lightweight fabric and internal suspension points, designed against the venue's rigging conditions. Share the rigging plan and load limits with us in advance, and the suspension points will be engineered into the structure.
Flame-retardant fabric options are available for indoor arenas and theaters. Blowers carry CE / UL certification, and electrical components are configured for continuous show operation.
With normal handling and maintenance, a touring inflatable serves a full tour season and beyond. Stress-point seams are double-stitched and bar-tacked, a repair kit with matched fabric is included, and manufacturing defects are covered by a 12-month warranty.
